Business Insider South West Rich List 2012

Citimark are proud sponsors of the Business Insider South West Rich List 2012 - a foray in to the financial positions of the South Wests wealthiest 100 entreprenuers and investors.  

Many of the people listed are household names such as James Dyson and Prince Charles but in equal measure there are others whose entreprenurial flair may be less well known - such as the manufacturer of my favourite yoghurt - Tim Mead. In fact, many of the names, whilst unfamilier at first glance head up some of the best loved attractions that this area has to offer. Abode Hotels, owned by Andrew Brownsword and Michael Caines has recently added to its stylish hotel chain and Trago Mills, owned by the Robertson family brought out of town shopping to the West Country over 30 years ago with its retail superstores.

I was reading a book recently which talked about goal setting and success. In fact it claimed that setting goals, planning how to achieve them and then putting that plan in to action was only carried out by 1% of the population. Perhaps not surprisingly, those that carry out that exercise tend to be more successful and this trait is commonplace amongst the people on any Rich List.
